Craig is the CIO at McLaren Technology Group and leads the Information Technology function delivering services across all McLaren companies. He joined McLaren in the summer of 2015 from De Beers, part of Anglo American plc, where he was Global CIO.
He leads a highly dynamic eco-system of technology teams and leading edge partners with a strategy to deliver both common and differentiated services across McLaren Racing, McLaren Applied Technologies and McLaren Automotive.
In previous roles as CIO of De Beers and CTO of Anglo American he led several major change initiatives including overseeing a portfolio of $800M+ outsourcing deals. He established strong functional governance across multiple global operating entities as well as leading the enterprise architecture function and establishing global infrastructure shared services.
Earlier in his career, Craig held a variety of IT and Business Services leadership roles in Procter & Gamble including four years in the regional HQ in Geneva, Switzerland.
Craig has a BSc in Computer & Management Sciences from the University of Warwick. Outside of work Craig has a keen interest in photography, technology & motor-sport. He lives in Surrey, England and is married with two young children.
